About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Seasonal Customer Experience Representative. As a key member of our store team, you will play a vital role in creating an exceptional customer experience and promoting our brand values.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support Store Operations: Assist with daily store operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and visual displays.
  • Engage with Customers: Provide exceptional customer service, respond to customer inquiries, and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain a strong knowledge of our products, including books, music, and other retail offerings.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with store colleagues to achieve sales goals, maintain a clean and organized store environment, and support each other in achieving our objectives.
  • Adaptability and Flexibility: Demonstrate adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced retail environment, including working varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Requirements
  • Experience in Retail: Previous experience in a retail environment, preferably in a specialty store or bookstore.
  • Customer Service Skills: Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to provide a high level of service to customers in a fast-paced environment.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers, colleagues, and management.
  • Availability: Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
