Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Relationship Building - Foster strong relationships with clients, providing expert advice and guidance on our Payworks product while ensuring payroll best practices are upheld.
  • Implementation Excellence - Facilitate seamless client implementations, from data entry and training to equipment delivery, first go-live, and ongoing support.
  • Team Collaboration - Communicate effectively with all functional areas of Payworks, leveraging resources to drive business growth and meet company objectives.
  • Personal Growth and Development - Enjoy opportunities for professional growth and development, including the option to gain your Payroll Compliance Professional (PCP) designation through our partnership with the National Payroll Institute (NPI).
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience working with the Payworks product, with proficiency in Payroll and Absence Management modules, and exposure to Time Management and Human Resources modules.
  • PCP Certification or related studies, or an equivalent combination of education and experience, considered an asset.
  • Previous experience implementing workforce management solutions or similar software is a strong asset.
  • Strong technical skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Customer service orientation, with experience conducting needs analysis processes to effectively present and discuss intangible services and solutions with clients.
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple demands concurrently, work independently, and demonstrate resourcefulness.
  • A valid driver's license and access to a personal vehicle for travel to client locations.
