Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience working with the Payworks product, with proficiency in the Payroll and Absence Management modules.
  • PCP Certification or related studies, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Previous experience implementing workforce management solutions or similar software is considered a strong asset.
  • Strong technical skills, with proficiency in programs like Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Customer service orientation, with experience conducting needs analysis processes to effectively present and discuss intangible services and solutions with clients.
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple demands concurrently.
