Senior Implementation Specialist, Payroll
Job Summary:We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Implementation Specialist, Payroll to join our dynamic team at ADP. As a key member of our Implementation team, you will be responsible for delivering enterprise-level services, including payroll, HR, time and attendance, and benefits solutions to major and national accounts.
Key Responsibilities:- Ensure quality implementation and setup of ADP's WFN implementation methodology.
- Assess and configure client needs to properly set up their WFN environment.
- Train, test, and validate with clients before participating in the first go-live.
- Manage client accounts from project initiation to completion.
- Handle project risks and escalations to resolution.
- Provide timely follow-up and resolution of open project-related items.
- Meet project task milestones and due dates.
- Achieve positive customer satisfaction outcomes.
- Collaborate with clients and team members to achieve desired project results.
- Post-secondary education or related business experience.
- PCP certification (an asset) or fundamental NPI courses.
- 2+ years of experience in payroll or a related field.
- Effective communication skills in both English and French, verbal and written.
- Proven experience working directly with clients.
- Exceptional client management and strong interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently, resourcefully, and as a strong team player.
- Proficiency in Excel.
