Kabab & Thali Restaurant is seeking a skilled Restaurant Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen and dining areas. Your primary focus will be on supervising and coordinating the activities of our food preparation staff, including training them in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures. You will also be responsible for estimating ingredient and supply requirements, maintaining records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, and preparing and submitting reports. Additionally, you will work closely with our chef to prepare food order summaries and ensure that our culinary standards are met. Responsibilities:

* Supervise and coordinate the activities of food preparation staff
* Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
* Estimate ingredient and supply requirements
* Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
* Prepare and submit reports
* Work closely with our chef to prepare food order summaries
* Ensure that our culinary standards are met

Requirements:

* College/CEGEP education
* 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in food service management
* Equivalent experience
* Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures
* Excellent communication and leadership skills
