Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Revenue Manager - Food to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing pricing models, analyzing financial data, and providing recommendations to drive revenue growth. You will also support the Commercial Team with the implementation of accurate and appropriate pricing functionality and provide guidance on pricing architecture, competitive and local market insights, and revenue maximizing actions.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement pricing management modules in ERP systems to automate and create synergies and realize process efficiencies.
- Cultivate strong relationships with cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment in strategies and fostering a collaborative environment.
- Stay ahead of industry shifts and competitor pricing moves to ensure leadership position.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics.
- ~5+ years of revenue management, pricing, or analytics experience in the food and beverage manufacturing and distribution industry preferred.
- Experience overseeing teams in using advanced data analytics and tools.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, including management of executive-level stakeholders.
- Experience working with large data sets and associated analytics tools/techniques.
- Strong organization building skills, including team building and establishing cross-functional relationships, with ability to build skills in direct reports, and to motivate and manage team members.
