About the Role

As a Consultant in Loan Solutions, you will play a crucial role in supporting customers and prospective customers on the phone and in person to provide exceptional service. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Gathering loan information to ensure accurate and efficient processing
  • Selling our loan and protection products to meet customer needs and exceed expectations
  • Closing loans virtually and in person, ensuring a seamless customer experience
  • Following up on past due customer accounts to resolve any issues and maintain a positive relationship
  • Managing cash controls, including taking payments and maintaining accurate records

Key Qualifications:

  • Authorized to work in Canada
  • High-school diploma or equivalent (an asset)
  • Excellent communication skills, with a strong ability to build rapport with customers
