About the Role

As a Consultant in Loan Solutions, you will play a crucial role in supporting customers and prospective customers on the phone and in person to provide exceptional service.

You will be responsible for:

  • Gathering loan information to provide personalized solutions
  • Selling our loan and protection products to meet customer needs
  • Closing loans virtually and in person to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Following up on past due customer accounts to maintain positive relationships
  • Managing cash controls, including taking payments to ensure accurate financial records
