Job Overview

The Corporate Accounts Representative plays a vital role in the success of our team by delivering exceptional customer service and supporting the sales process for our waste processing and disposal network.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with the development of proposals and customer agreements.
  • Develop and maintain key internal relationships to support customer inquiries and concerns.
  • Conduct market analysis for existing service lines to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Assemble written reports and presentations on sales activities and opportunities.
  • Identify and measure key performance indicators for top customers, utilizing our CRM system throughout the sales cycle.
  • Act as a liaison between divisions to identify integrated sales opportunities.
  • Participate in divisional sales strategy planning sessions.

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of corporate, sales, or service industry experience.
  • A passion for delivering excellent customer experiences.
  • A team-oriented working style.
  • Above average selling, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Exceptional grammar and writing skills.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
