Mackenzie Health is seeking a skilled Healthcare Administrative Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide exceptional support to maintain efficient and organized clinics.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage patient schedules and coordinate care with supporting departments and physician offices.
  • Provide excellent verbal and written communication skills to respond to patient inquiries.
  • Utilize computer applications, including Microsoft Office, to effectively manage tasks and information.

This role requires Grade 12 or equivalent and prior experience in an administrative/clerical role, preferably within a healthcare environment. You must demonstrate excellent organizational skills, customer service skills, and the ability to deescalate situations.

We are looking for a candidate who can work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks to meet deadlines. Additionally, you must have a proven attendance record and demonstrate a commitment to providing an exceptional experience for staff and clients.

The ideal candidate will also have experience working with EPIC, EPF, and ESP systems. However, this is not a requirement for the position.

What We Offer:
  • An estimated salary range of $45,000 - $55,000 per year, based on location and experience.
