Job DescriptionThe ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, be able to multitask efficiently, and demonstrate a strong attention to detail. They will also be proficient in general clerical duties, including data entry, filing, and preparing documents for patients.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain accurate records and files for patient information, treatments, and billing.
- Manage inventory levels of medical supplies, order new stock as needed, and maintain an organized storage area.
- Schedule and confirm appointments, ensuring efficient use of practitioner time.
- Perform reception duties, such as answering phone calls, greeting patients, and handling payments.
- Assist with administrative tasks, such as data entry, mail sorting, and photocopying.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, reporting any concerns or incidents to management.
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- A secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- No prior experience required; we offer comprehensive training.
- An ability to relocate if necessary, with relocation costs covered by the employer.
This position requires working in a fast-paced environment, often under pressure. You will need to be comfortable standing for extended periods, walking between areas, and using computer equipment for most of the day.
