We are seeking an experienced and skilled Associate Vice-President Agriculture to lead our team in Eastern Ontario, Outaouais, Lanaudière, Laval, Laurentides, and Abittibi-Témiscamingue.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of 16 employees, including Account Managers and Account Representatives, to achieve business objectives and deliver exceptional client experiences.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth, increase commercial client base, and enhance sales performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated consulting services and support organizational changes.
  • Identify and manage risks associated with the agricultural sector, ensuring the bank's financial performance targets are met.
  • Stay up-to-date with economic trends affecting the commercial banking sector and adapt our products and services to meet evolving client needs.
  • Represent the bank and promote its products and services to external partners, such as accountants, lawyers, and mortgage brokers.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field and 10 years of relevant experience, or Master's degree in a related field and 8 years of relevant experience.
  • Significant experience dealing with commercial banking clients, particularly in the agricultural sector.
  • Knowledge of the agricultural sector and field.
  • Solid background in personnel management, including sales coaching and negotiation experience.
  • Ability to maximize the use of sales management tools and dashboards.
