Job Title: Associate Vice-President Agriculture

As a key member of the National Bank team, you will play a vital role in driving the success of our Agriculture Unit. Reporting to the Vice President Agriculture, you will lead a team of specialists who provide expert advice and financial services to agricultural producers.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and profitability in the Agriculture Unit.
  • Lead a team of Account Managers and Account Representatives to deliver exceptional client service and achieve sales targets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities and develop innovative solutions to meet client needs.
  • Manage risk and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide expert advice to clients.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field and 10 years of relevant experience, or Master's degree in a related field and 8 years of relevant experience.
  • Significant experience dealing with Commercial Banking clients, particularly in the agriculture sector.
  • Knowledge of the agricultural sector and its trends.
  • Solid background in personnel management and leadership.
  • Experience in complex financing structures and risk analysis.
  • Negotiation and sales coaching experience.
Language:

French is the primary language of communication for this role.
