Job Summary:

As the Senior Agriculture Business Manager at National Bank, you will play a key role in driving the growth and success of our agriculture unit. Reporting to the Vice President Agriculture, you will lead a team of specialists responsible for delivering innovative financial solutions to agricultural producers. Your expertise in commercial banking and agricultural sector knowledge will be instrumental in identifying opportunities for business expansion and developing tailored strategies to meet clients' evolving needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Effectively manage and motivate a team of sales professionals to deliver exceptional client experiences.
  • Develop and implement business development strategies to increase market share and drive revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Provide expert advice on complex financing structures and risk analysis to clients.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and ensure that our products and services meet clients' evolving needs.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field and 10 years of relevant experience, or Master's degree in a related field and 8 years of relevant experience.
  • Significant experience dealing with commercial banking clients, preferably in the agriculture sector.
  • Strong knowledge of agricultural sector or field, with a solid background in personnel management.
  • Experience in sales coaching, negotiation, and risk analysis.
