Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Insurance Sales Professional to join our team at Dan Piedimonte - Desjardins Insurance Agent. As a Property and Casualty Advisor, you will play a key role in providing our clients with personalized insurance solutions and exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, providing them with tailored insurance advice and exceptional customer service to retain their business.
  • Identify new business opportunities, develop leads, and schedule appointments to meet sales goals and objectives.
  • Contribute to team sales success by achieving individual sales targets and collaborating with colleagues to establish and meet set goals.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide expert advice and guidance to clients.
  • Work closely with the agent and team to establish and meet set goals, and to increase external network to contribute to and be visible in the community.

Requirements:

  • Proven sales and customer service experience, preferably in an insurance or financial services environment.
  • Successful track record of meeting sales goals and objectives.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills and ability to multi-task.
  • Ability to make presentations to potential clients and provide expert advice and guidance.
  • Property and Casualty license (preferred/must be able to obtain).

Compensation:

  • Competitive base salary + commission + year-end bonus.
