Customer Service Ambassador

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Contact and engage with potential clients to schedule appointments and identify their needs.
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, including responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
- Work collaboratively with our sales team to establish and meet productivity goals.
- Previous sales experience, preferably in an outside sales or inside sales representative role, retail sales associate, or telemarketing.
- A successful track record of meeting sales goals and quotas.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proactive problem-solving skills and a dedication to customer service.
- Ability to multitask and make presentations to potential clients.
- A Property and Casualty license (OTL license preferred, must be able to obtain).
