About the Role:
As a Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for performing various administrative tasks, including data entry, report preparation, and presentation. You will also be required to provide excellent customer service and support to our team members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general administrative tasks, such as data entry, answering phone calls, and filing.
- Prepare reports and presentations for internal use.
- Coordinate and prepare information for distribution.
- Perform various tasks as needed.
- Provide coverage in other departments as required.
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 3:00 AM to 9:00 AM (flexibility required)
Requirements:
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent international diploma
- Minimum six months of experience in administrative support
- Demonstrate ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment under supervision with a high attention to detail
- Effective communication and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
- Accurate and efficient data entry skills
