Job Summary

The Field Sales Executive is a key member of our sales team, responsible for driving sales growth and building strong relationships with retail store teams. This role requires a strong understanding of the retail market and the ability to coach and develop staff to achieve sales goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive sales growth and achieve sales goals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with retail store teams, including district merchants, cosmetics department managers, and store management.
  • Coach and develop staff to improve sales performance and achieve sales goals.
  • Partner with retailers and department stores to develop and execute innovative in-store events.
  • Analyze business performance and identify opportunities to improve sales and productivity.
  • Recruit, interview, and manage staff behavioral and sales performance.
  • Collaborate with key business stakeholders, including management, HR, finance, marketing, and key account management.

Requirements

  • 4-year college degree preferred.
  • 3 years' experience leading/managing retail/POS stores/counters/regions in luxury business preferably Beauty industry.
  • Solid understanding of sales, product knowledge, events, operations, retail culture, and cosmetic industry.
  • Ability to coach and develop staff to achieve sales goals.
  • Ability to see problems and develop action plans to overcome them.
  • Enthusiastic mentor and strategic thinker.
  • Charismatic individual with strong negotiation and communication talents.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced collaborative environment with multi-unit management skills.
  • Availability to work key business hours including weekends.
  • Must have a valid driver's license to operate ELC Fleet vehicle.

The Estée Lauder Companies offers a competitive salary range of $69,600 to $104,400, plus eligibility for a bonus program and a variety of benefits, including health insurance coverage, wellness and family support programs, life and disability insurance, retirement savings plans, education-related programs, paid holidays and vacation time, and many others.
