Job Summary:

The Field Sales Manager Grocery is a key role within the Dandurand Group, responsible for managing a team of sales representatives in the province of Ontario. This position plays a crucial part in the growth of the company's portfolio in the emerging Grocery and C&G channel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage daily/weekly route planning with all sales representatives to optimize sales performance.
  • Provide coaching and training to sales representatives in the field to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Develop and implement weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales initiatives and objectives to drive business growth.
  • Generate and manage sales tracking documents to monitor progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Identify and maximize sales objectives by territory, leveraging market studies and analyses to inform business decisions.
  • Monitor and manage the T&E budget through expense reports to ensure fiscal responsibility.
  • Manage regional accounts and independent store relations to build strong business partnerships.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or equivalent.
  • 5 years of experience in team management, personnel supervision, or team coaching.
  • Experience and interest in negotiation and business relations.
  • Knowledge of a CRM system.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Completed training in the field of wine (asset).
  • CPG experience (asset).

Qualifications:

  • Possess a strong passion for wines, RTD, and spirits.
  • Excellent motivator and team player.

  • Possess a car and a valid driver's license.
