Customer Service Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Manager to join our team at National Bank. As a key member of our branch management team, you will be responsible for leading a team of customer service representatives and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities- Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of customer service representatives to achieve exceptional customer satisfaction and service quality.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Branch Operations: Assist the Branch Manager in ensuring the smooth operation of the branch, including managing day-to-day activities and implementing process improvements.
- Coaching and Development: Coach and develop the skills of customer service representatives to ensure they have the necessary knowledge and skills to provide exceptional customer service.
- Performance Management: Manage the performance of customer service representatives, setting goals and objectives and providing feedback and coaching to ensure they meet their targets.
- Education: College diploma or Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Experience: 4-6 years of experience in customer service or a related field, including experience in team leadership and coaching.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Knowledge: Knowledge of financial products and services, as well as experience in business development and customer service.
