Customer Service Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Manager to join our team at National Bank. As a key member of our branch management team, you will be responsible for leading a team of customer service representatives and ensuring that our clients receive exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of customer service representatives to achieve sales and service targets.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients.
- Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of customer service representatives.
- College diploma or equivalent in a related field.
- Minimum 4-6 years of experience in customer service management.
- Proven track record of achieving sales and service targets.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
