About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Manager to join our team at National Bank. As a Customer Service Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of customer service representatives and ensuring that they provide exceptional service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of customer service representatives to ensure they meet their performance targets and provide excellent service to clients.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients.
  • Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of customer service representatives.
Requirements
  • Minimum 4-6 years of experience in customer service management.
  • Proven track record of improving customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
