We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Manager to join our team at National Bank. As a Customer Service Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of customer service representatives and ensuring that they provide exceptional service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage a team of customer service representatives to achieve exceptional service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer service and experience.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and resolve customer complaints.
- Monitor and analyze customer feedback and service metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Provide coaching and training to customer service representatives to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- College diploma or equivalent in a related field.
- 4-6 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
- Proven leadership and management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
