The AWIN Group of Dealerships, a renowned network of luxury automobile dealerships in the Greater Toronto Area, seeks an exceptional Customer Service Representative to join their team. This pivotal role requires an individual with excellent communication skills and customer service expertise to ensure seamless interactions with clients.
About the Role- This position involves answering incoming calls and booking appointments in an efficient and friendly manner.
- You will work closely with management to perform various administrative tasks and oversee all appointments, ensuring effective communication and minimizing discrepancies.
- Respond promptly to incoming phone calls within three rings, addressing inquiries and acquiring assistance as necessary.
- Maintain a professional demeanor during all customer interactions, providing helpful and courteous service.
- Manage and control service appointments, adhering to the dealership's appointment process.
- Perform administrative tasks as directed by management, supporting the service department's operations.
- Balance cash transactions at the end of each day, maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required for this position.
- You should possess strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Excel, MS Word, and Outlook.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential for success in this role, enabling effective collaboration with colleagues and clients.
- Prior experience in a customer-facing role is highly valued, demonstrating your ability to provide exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.
