Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Operations Coordinator to join our team at ANHAD CONSTRUCTIONS INC. As a key member of our administration department, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our office services, including administrative procedures, human resources, and facilities management.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will need excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You should have a strong background in administration, with experience in implementing new procedures, reviewing and evaluating existing ones, and delegating tasks to support staff.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Implement new administrative procedures to improve efficiency and productivity
  • Review and evaluate existing procedures to identify areas for improvement
  • Delegate tasks to office support staff to ensure timely completion
  • Carry out administrative activities, including policy development and record-keeping
  • Co-ordinate and plan office services, including accommodation, equipment, and supplies
  • Assist in preparing operating budgets and maintaining inventory controls
  • Prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence
  • Train staff members on administrative procedures and policies
  • Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of administrative operations
What We Offer

In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience. Our benefits package includes health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off. We also offer opportunities for professional growth and development.

Requirements

Our ideal candidate will have:

  • A diploma or degree in Business Administration or a related field
  • At least 1-7 months of experience in administration, preferably in a similar role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
