Job Overview

This role is for a skilled Technical Windows Deployment Specialist to manage and administer the SCCM/MECM environment, create and maintain standardized Windows images, and troubleshoot complex technical issues.

Estimated Salary

$85,000 - $115,000 per annum based on location and experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Management and Administration of SCCM/MECM Environment.
  • Advanced experience in creating and maintaining standardized Windows images (Desired Configuration Management).
  • Windows Application Packaging & Task Sequences, Windows Installer, MSI, and MSIX.
  • Expertise in Microsoft SQL scripting, queries, and reporting.
  • Advanced knowledge of Active Directory, Office 365, and PowerShell scripting.
  • Managing Microsoft Updates with SCCM (Patch Tuesday).
  • Advanced experience in Active Directory Group Policy design, configuration, and management.
  • Desktop and Laptop Computer Hardware Configuration, Troubleshooting, and Repair.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
Requirements
  • Proven competency in Computer Support (Tier 2).
  • Proven competency in CompTIA A+.
  • Strong knowledge of network troubleshooting Ethernet and IP configuration.
  • Experience with Lenovo Desktops & Notebooks.
  • Experience with Panasonic Ruggedized Toughbooks for field workers.
Benefits
  • The successful candidate will be required to work on site at SaskEnergy Head Office in Regina, Monday to Friday 8 am to 5 pm.
  • Occasional travel to support offices across the province may be required.
  • On-Call may be required as determined and agreed to by SaskEnergy and successful candidate.
Contract Duration

The Contract will be effective for an initial term commencing on award date and ending on March 31, 2025. After which, SaskEnergy will evaluate its ongoing requirements and may have the option to renew the Contract for successive one (1) year terms, a maximum of four (4) times.
