Customer Service Specialist

Brandt is seeking a skilled Customer Service Specialist to join our Regina location.
Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to provide exceptional support to our customers. As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be responsible for resolving technical issues, providing consultation, and delivering outstanding service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver service and support to end-users using automated call distribution phone software;
- Gather customer information and determine the issue by evaluating and analyzing symptoms;
- Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues involving GPS, Bluetooth, and more;
- Accurately process and record call transactions using designated tracking software;
- Follow up and make scheduled call backs to customers where necessary;
- Stay current with system information, changes, and updates;
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of solutions to improve customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Knowledge of GPS, radio, and communication principles;
- Knowledge of customer service principles and practices;
- Excellent communication and customer service skills;
- Ability to work in a team environment;
- Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills.
