Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement technical training programs for technicians, ensuring compliance with specified service training curriculum.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to review, maintain, and develop curriculum, courses, and technical education methods.
  • Determine core competencies, training needs, and develop training action plans for dealership staff.
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the training center, maintaining assets such as vehicles, equipment, storage, and security procedures.
Requirements
  • College diploma or equivalent work experience.
  • Provincial Technician's License or Interprovincial License.
  • 5+ years' experience in a technical automotive position within an OEM.
  • Excellent facilitation, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Self-motivated and well-organized, with a passion for continuous learning.
  • Adept computer skills in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Team player with ability to build credibility with dealer and internal teams.
  • Must have a valid passport for travel between Canada and the United States.
  • Great attitude and proven ability to be an effective team leader and collaborator.
  • Ability to work off-standard hours, as required.
Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for career growth.
