Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our Application Services team at 6 Digital Marketing Agency Inc.

About the Role

This role involves providing technical support and assistance to users experiencing difficulties with computer applications, hardware, and software. You will be responsible for researching and implementing solutions, providing advice and training, and maintaining a problems and solutions log for use by other technical support analysts.

You will work closely with our development team to participate in the redesign of applications and other software, ensuring that our systems meet the needs of our clients and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities
  • Respond to user inquiries and provide timely and effective solutions to technical issues
  • Research and implement solutions to complex technical problems
  • Provide training and guidance to users on how to use software and hardware applications
  • Maintain accurate records of problems and solutions
  • Collaborate with the development team to design and implement new software applications
Requirements
  • Degree: No degree, certificate or diploma required
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in technical support
  • Skills:
    • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
    • Organized and efficient with attention to detail
Benefits

As a Technical Support Specialist, you can expect a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience.
