- Managing RAMS activities and deliverables on assigned projects and programs
- Ensuring RAMS requirements are identified and met to improve product reliability and reduce risk
- Leading and developing a team of RAMS engineers
- Applying Alstom's RAMS processes and instructions
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in RAMS assessment and demonstration, or equivalent experience in electrical and/or electro-mechanical engineering applied to railway products
- First experience in team management
- French mandatory and English operational in reading and writing for technical documentation
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
