Job Title: Train RAMS Engineer

At Alstom, we are committed to delivering innovative and sustainable mobility solutions. As a Train RAMS Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and reliability of our train systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage RAMS activities and related deliverables in accordance with QCD commitments.
  • Support the development of safety requirements and reliability targets for Alstom products.
  • Coordinate RAMS contributors and ensure the adequacy of RAMS deliverables.
  • Perform safety and reliability design reviews and support the issuance of Safety Authorizations.
  • Manage RAMS resources and coordinate with independent parties.
Requirements:
  • 2-3 years of experience in railway safety analysis and demonstration methods and tools.
  • Knowledge of RAM prediction and measurement methods and tools.
  • Electrical and/or Electro-mechanical Engineering experience preferably applied to Railway products.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, including with third parties (customers).
  • Time management and reporting skills.
  • Sense of urgency and priority.
  • Customer and Product Focus.
  • Structured and organized with a hands-on approach.
  • French and English operational in reading, writing, and speaking within technical meetings.
