At Alstom, we're committed to delivering innovative transportation solutions that connect cities and reduce our carbon footprint. As a RAMS Group Manager, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the reliability, availability, maintainability, and safety of our railway systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the RAMS activities and related deliverables on projects and programs assigned to the group, ensuring QCD commitments are met.
- Manage and develop the RAMS engineering team within the group, applying Alstom's RAMS processes and instructions.
- Ensure proper tracking of QCD work packages for RAMS and resolve complex issues with internal and external stakeholders.
- Support the group team in defining priorities and manage the development of the team to ensure capacity and competence alignment.
- Apply Alstom's RAMS rules and processes to relevant programs and projects, reporting on progress and alerting N+1 in case of issues.
Required Profile
- RAMS assessment and demonstration with 5+ years of experience, or equivalent experience in electrical and/or electro-mechanical engineering applied to railway products.
- French mandatory and English operational in reading and writing for technical documentation.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, conflict management, and multitasking abilities.
- Customer and product focus, management skills, and a structured and organized approach.
