Main Responsibilities:- Recruit, select, and retain top talent to drive business results
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance team member skills and knowledge
- Lead by example, demonstrating McDonald's leadership behaviors and minimum staff practices
- Execute plans to increase employee loyalty, satisfaction, and pride in McDonald's
- Maintain critical standards for quality, service, and cleanliness
- Manage shift or areas without supervision, ensuring seamless operations
- Support national and regional promotions to maximize sales potential
- Prepare effective schedules to increase sales during all parts of the day
- Competitive salary starting at $45,000/year
