Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Wholesale Operations Coordinator to join our team at Budds' Group of Companies. As a key member of our administrative team, you will provide critical support to our wholesale buyers and sellers, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inventory Management: Accurately stock vehicles in our inventory management system, ensuring up-to-date records and efficient processing.
  • Document Preparation: Create and maintain accurate and detailed documents, including bills of sale, accounting files, and other relevant paperwork.
  • Communication: Effectively communicate with internal stakeholders, including accounting and sales teams, to ensure timely and accurate processing of transactions.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our wholesale buyers and sellers, including data entry, filing, and other tasks as needed.
  • Transportation Coordination: Arrange for carrier transportation and track shuttle kms, oil changes, and maintenance records.
  • Vehicle Processing: Assist with the processing of vehicles, including checking in vehicles as they arrive and locating missing ownerships or book recalls.
  • Lot Management: Assist with the movement of vehicles on the lot as needed.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in dealership accounting or administrative duties.
  • Skills: Proficient in Excel and other Microsoft Office programs, with excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Work Environment: Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
