- Financial Management: Establish financial and administrative controls, formulate and approve promotional campaigns, and approve overall human resources planning to ensure efficient operations.
- Team Size: Lead a team of 16-20 people, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities to ensure their success.
- Youth Support: Offer on-the-job training tailored to youth, providing them with valuable work experience and skills development.
- Mature Worker Support: Apply hiring policies that discourage age discrimination, promoting a fair and inclusive work environment.
