We are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Process Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering, with experience in designing and implementing manufacturing processes.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead small to large projects varying in complexity, focusing on safety, productivity, quality, and delivery.
  • Maintain process design control and implement standard work instructions and training.
  • Solve product and process issues impeding the production schedule.
  • Support global production sites to achieve process standardization and share best practices.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Automation, Electrical Engineering, or related technical degree.
  • 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in an Engineer to Order business environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
