Main Responsibilities:
- Lead small to large projects varying in complexity, focusing on safety, productivity, quality, and delivery.
- Maintain process design control and implement standard work instructions and training.
- Solve product and process issues impeding the production schedule.
- Support global production sites to achieve process standardization and share best practices.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Automation, Electrical Engineering, or related technical degree.
- 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in an Engineer to Order business environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
