We are seeking a highly skilled Supervisor of Receptionists to join our team at The Clinic at Christie Inc. As a key member of our front desk operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our reception area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate the work of our reception team, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Develop and Implement plans to prioritize tasks and optimize workflow.
  • Train and Mentor new team members, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
  • Prepare and Submit Reports to management, providing insights into team performance and areas for improvement.
  • Ensure Smooth Operation of our front desk area, including equipment and supplies.
  • Resolve Work Problems and provide technical advice to team members.
  • Coordinate Activities with other departments and work units.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role.
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to Work Under Pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong Organizational and time management skills.
