Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Business Banking Relationship Manager to join our team at The Toronto-Dominion Bank (Canada). As a key member of our Commercial Banking group, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of mid-market Commercial relationships and establishing yourself as a trusted business advisor to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a relationship strategy for each client, identifying key issues and implementing a strategy to facilitate the expansion of our partnership with the business.
  • Broaden your sphere of influence by developing relationships with industry and other external contacts to generate additional new business opportunities through referrals and a targeted calling program.
  • Acquire new relationships and volumes by obtaining referrals from internal and external sources and conducting a targeted calling program.
  • Balance sales, cross-selling, servicing, and referrals to Business Partners in a team-based business environment.

Requirements

  • Proven ability to continually generate new business and grow an existing portfolio of Commercial Large Business clients.
  • Experience analyzing and structuring commercial credit.
  • 2-3 years of experience as a Financial Analyst or Account Manager in a business or banking environment.
  • Well-developed analytical and relationship management skills.
