Business Banking Relationship Manager

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Banking Relationship Manager to join our team. As a key member of our commercial banking team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of mid-market commercial relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a relationship strategy for each client, identifying key issues and implementing a strategy to facilitate the expansion of our partnership.
- Establish yourself as a trusted business advisor, providing guidance on credit facilities and identifying opportunities to enhance the scope of the overall banking relationship.
- Develop relationships with industry and external contacts to generate new business opportunities through referrals and targeted calling programs.
- Acquire new relationships and volumes by obtaining referrals from internal and external sources and conducting a targeted calling program.
Requirements
- Proven ability to generate new business and grow an existing portfolio of commercial large business clients.
- Experience analyzing and structuring commercial credit.
- Strong analytical and relationship management skills.
- 2-3 years of experience as a Financial Analyst or Account Manager in a business or banking environment.
