Business Banking Associate

Job Description:
The Commercial Banking Associate Program at TD is a comprehensive training program designed to equip you with the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in the field of commercial banking. As a Commercial Banking Associate, you will have the opportunity to work closely with diverse mid-sized businesses, providing solutions based on their credit, deposit, and cash management needs.
Training and Development:
The program includes eight to ten months of hands-on training in a Commercial Banking Center, as well as three classroom training sessions and self-service learning plan (online training, webinars, tools and resources). You will learn about credit approval for different sectors of activity and different credit facilities, how to offer all the expertise of the Bank to the client, and arrangement of competitive packages without harming credit quality.
Requirements:
To be eligible for this program, you must have a business degree (honors bachelor's degree in business administration, B. Comm. or MBA) or other undergraduate degrees combined with CFA designation, or commercial banking experience. You must also have demonstrated experience in sales or relationship management, strong analytical & organizational skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
