About the Role

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our compensation, benefits, and organization design portfolio. As the Director of Total Rewards, you will be responsible for setting the direction and planning for our company's total compensation strategy.

Your key objectives will include:

  • Developing and implementing a comprehensive total rewards strategy that attracts and retains top talent.
  • Leading a team of experts to deliver compensation, pension, and benefits products and services.
  • Managing third-party providers to ensure effective operation and adherence to specified requirements.
Responsibilities

As the Director of Total Rewards, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing strategic direction for the annual compensation program, including approval by Senior Executives.
  • Leading or participating in committees/task forces to review or explore strategic issues related to total compensation.
  • Preparing the organization for rate applications as they specifically relate to total compensation.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 3 years experience working within senior management roles (Senior Manager, Director, or Sr. Director).
  • 8-10 years of experience within compensation and benefits at a large enterprise, preferably with a unionized presence.
  • A proven track record of delivering results as part of a total compensation team, with accountability for all facets of the compensation programs.
