Job Summary

The Director of Benefits and Compensation will be responsible for developing and implementing compensation strategies that align with the company's overall business objectives. This includes managing a team of experts who deliver company-wide services and programs related to total compensation, benefits, and labour relations.

Key Responsibilities

  • ">
  • Develop strategic direction for the company's total compensation strategy to attract and retain top talent.">
  • Manage labour relations issues associated with pension, benefits, and compensation.">
  • Oversee the delivery of compensation, pension, and benefits services and programs.">
  • Manage third-party providers to ensure effective operation and adherence to policies.">
  • Develop and implement annual compensation programs, ensuring approval by senior executives.">

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • ">
  • 3+ years of experience in a senior management role, preferably in compensation and benefits.">
  • Experience with pay-per-performance bonus structures and HR systems, such as SAP.">
  • Solid understanding of HRIS and compensation systems.">
  • Able to work with unionized organizations and compensation committees.">
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a team of experts.">
