Job Title: Front Desk Agent

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Front Desk Agent to join our team at ANYTIMEFITENSS CENTURYPARK.

Job Summary:

The Front Desk Agent will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, handling front desk operations, and maintaining a clean and organized front desk area.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to guests, respond to their inquiries, and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Front Desk Operations: Manage the front desk area, handle check-ins and check-outs, and maintain accurate records.
  • Clerical Duties: Perform various clerical tasks, such as data entry, filing, and photocopying.
  • Communication: Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and communicate with guests and staff in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and provide excellent guest experiences.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
