Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bilingual Associate Manager, Investor Services to join our team at SS&C Technologies. As a key member of our Investor Services department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients and ensuring the smooth operation of our investor services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process and report investor transactions, including subscriptions, redemptions, and transfers, and associated money movement.
  • Review and approve Anti-Money Laundering tests pursuant to US and Cayman regulations.
  • Review and approve due diligence documents for fund investors.
  • Review, understand, and discuss governing documents for hedge fund clients.
  • Interact with hedge fund principals and their investors.
  • Communicate with internal groups, such as accounting, operations, legal, and compliance, regarding transaction processing, billing, etc.
  • Review the share register database to ensure accurate and timely completion of all activity.
  • Coordinate the setup of new funds on the share registry system.
  • Respond to investor audit-related inquiries.
  • Provide periodic reports and feedback to Investor Services management on various investor services topics, client issues, and department initiatives.
  • Assist with the training of investor services staff.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in finance or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in investor services or a related field, with a strong familiarity with the workings of the capital markets.
  • Must be fully bilingual (English and French).
  • A thorough knowledge of fund structures and all aspects of the services provided by an Investor Services department.
  • Knowledge of AML/KYC compliance for US and Cayman.
  • Proven ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Solid client relationship management skills.
