Position Summary:We are seeking talented individuals to join our team in the role of Investor Services Associate.

Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary contact for fund investors and managers through email and telephone communication.
- Prepare and validate investor statements in accordance with fund accounting data.
- Generate wire transfer instructions based on investor and/or fund management directives using various online banking platforms.
- Confirm that expected cash transactions have been processed by the bank and relay this information to fund accounting and/or management.
- Adhere to departmental policies and procedures for the processing of the aforementioned activities.
- Possess equivalent experience in Hedge/Private Equity Fund administration and/or Investor/Shareholder services.
- Hold an undergraduate degree or equivalent experience.
- Demonstrate advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Experience in the financial services sector is advantageous.
- Overtime may be necessary to fulfill client and departmental obligations.
- Due to our global client base, coverage on Canadian holidays may be required.
- Exhibit excellent interpersonal skills and a strong customer service orientation.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to shifting priorities, ambiguity, and rapid changes.
