Job Title: Senior Programmatic Analyst

Join OMD Canada, a leading media communications agency, as a Senior Programmatic Analyst. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering market-leading programmatic media technologies and solutions to our clients globally.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement highly analytical and quantitatively driven techniques to optimize client campaigns and exceed performance expectations.
  • Master media and buying-related technologies, including DSPs, DMPs, 3rd party ad servers, and manual exchanges.
  • Understand client performance objectives and develop successful segmentation and optimization strategies to exceed client expectations.
  • Independently drive campaign performance and manage day-to-day performance of client campaigns.
  • Work closely with agency account teams and brand clients to develop best-in-class solutions and increase Programmatic revenue and/or market share.
Requirements:
  • Experience managing online Display, Paid Search, Social, and Mobile campaigns, especially API-driven.
  • Experience optimizing Display marketing campaigns across DSP, DMP, and Ad Serving platforms.
  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative-intensive analytical discipline, including Operations Research, Industrial Engineering, Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics, or Finance.
  • Advanced Excel/spreadsheet capabilities, Macro/VBA experience a plus.
  • 3 1/2 - 4 years' experience managing client campaigns with a proven track record of client success.

  • Exceptional analytical problem-solving abilities, ability to mine data for campaign performance insights and implement proper strategies to realize improvements with minimal interactions and financial exposure.
  • Passion for experimental design integrity and excellence, including use of A/B control testing, statistical significance, deductive reasoning, and logic.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and balance time across 5-10+ clients, multiple partner relationships, and internal initiatives on a daily basis.
