You don't need previous sales experience to succeed in this RV sales role with Traveland RV Canada. What you need is a great attitude, a talent for dealing with people, and a knack for paying attention to even the smallest details. We will provide the training you need to excel.

Key Responsibilities

  • Understand and implement the dealership's sales process
  • Own every aspect of the sales process, from new client prospecting to unit delivery
  • Present and demonstrate inventory
  • Prepare and review monthly plans with sales leadership
  • Maintain Customer Service Index, Gross Average, and monthly units to dealership standards
  • Remain up-to-date on products, market trends, and certification
  • Familiarize yourself with Client Relationship Management (CRM) software
  • Be willing to work weekends to maximize earning potential
  • Cold call new prospect customers and develop sales leads
  • Negotiate and close sales
  • Meet monthly sales targets

Education and/or Experience

Previous sales experience is not necessary, but relevant education and prior sales training are a plus.

Compensation

  • Commission-based pay plan - $150,000 - $250,000
