Job Title: HVAC Sales Representative

TalentSphere Staffing Solutions is seeking a highly skilled HVAC Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for managing your respective projects, which will be a mix of Inside and Outside Sales duties.



This position requires a strong understanding of the HVAC industry, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. You will be responsible for negotiating and landing work, providing feedback to the Estimating team on bids and pricing, and reviewing all purchase orders and bid documents to optimize profitability.



The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar position, a university degree or college diploma, and a strong understanding of the HVAC industry. You will also be self-motivated, creative, and resourceful, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Negotiate and land work
  • Provide feedback to Estimating team on bids and pricing
  • Review all purchase orders and bid documents to optimize profitability
  • Manage and process Change Orders and Site Instructions
  • Resolve discrepancies on orders with customers
  • Track Orders/Deliveries and provide ETA to customers
  • Notify customers when orders arrive and arrange delivery if required
  • Closing out projects once complete
  • Provide Quoted for jobs not listed on the bid boards
  • Train Staff in all phases of the sales process
  • Provide outstanding customer service
  • Consistently improve the quality of our service to meet client's expectations
  • Self-educate and attend manufacturer's factory/training visits
  • Build sustainable customer relationships and trust
  • Represent the company at site meetings
  • Assist in all customer events


Requirements:


  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position
  • University degree or college diploma
  • EIT Classification is an asset
  • HVAC experience is required
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Self-motivated, creative, and resourceful
  • Professional approach to business and the workplace
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work under pressure unsupervised
  • Strong work ethic guided by personal integrity and mutual respect
