Exterior Sales Representative

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Exterior Sales Representative to join our team at Leaf Home. As an Exterior Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating qualified leads for our sales team by covering an assigned territory and meeting with prospective customers at their homes. Your goal will be to introduce our product offerings and gather customer information for our sales team to schedule product demonstrations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Door-to-door customer relationship building to promote Leaf Home products.
  • Cover assigned territory during scheduled shifts.
  • Acquire customer contact information for product demonstrations and generate additional leads by asking for referrals.
  • Report daily results to field management.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 1+ years of experience in customer service and/or sales.
  • Ability to work outside in varying climates.
  • Ability to work evenings and/or weekends.
  • Ability to juggle multiple work activities and shift attention between tasks.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Detail-oriented and self-driven individual.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to logically connect ideas and solve complex problems.
  • Ability to provide timely and empathetic service.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without sponsorship.
