We are seeking an experienced and driven Executive Retail Leader to join our team as a General Manager. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for the overall performance of the store, including sales performance, recruitment, motivation, and development of staff, store merchandising and visual presentation, expense and payroll controls, and creating a unique and exceptional customer experience with our brand philosophy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and implement strategies and initiatives to achieve and exceed business goals and targets
  • Oversee and maintain the customer service standards to the highest possible level, offering an unique experience
  • Take responsibility for productivity and profitability of the store, including sales growth, staffing, and inventory results

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of retail management experience as a Store or General Manager
  • Excellent leadership skills, including strategic planning, strong communication, and teamwork
  • Dynamic, customer-oriented, and sales-driven
  • Proven analytical skills and professional attitude and behavior
  • Passion for the brand and luxury experience preferred
  • Bilingual (FR/EN) and work permit required
